More Coffee = Better Health? Who would have thought?
The following are some health benefits from your daily cuppa that you may not have known about.
1. Healthier skin
A recent study indicates that consumption of coffee may help to reduce rosacea in women.
2. Lowered risk of Type 2 Diabetes

3. Reduced suicide risk and Depression
This study examines the effects of drinking coffee in female nurses and found that it may reduce risks of suicide and depression. From the Archives of Internal Medicine (link)
4. Longer Life
Drinking coffee in moderation (around 3-4 cups) could increase our lifespans. This November 2015 study in Circulation associates between 8% to 15% reduced mortality rates in consistent coffee drinkers.
